Before Meeting

We begin with a free 20-minute clarity call.

This is a brief conversation to understand what’s prompting you to reach out, what kind of change you’re seeking, and whether this work is a good fit. It’s not a sales call — it’s a mutual check for alignment.

If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule a session and I’ll send you a short intake form to complete beforehand.


The Session

Sessions are calm, focused, and purposeful.

We’ll start by clarifying what you want to shift — not just on the surface, but at a deeper level. Often, what someone initially thinks they want turns out to be a doorway into a more meaningful change.

From there, I’ll guide you into a relaxed, attentive trance state using imagery, metaphor, and focused attention. You won’t be unconscious or “out of control.” Most people describe the experience as deeply present, inwardly focused, and surprisingly clear.

Each session is different, because the work is tailored to you — your internal world, your values, and what your unconscious is ready to reorganize.


What This Work Is Like

  • This is not scripted hypnosis

  • There’s no forcing or repetition of affirmations

  • The focus is on insight, emotional shift, and internal realignment

Many clients experience meaningful change after a single session — especially when the work touches identity, direction, or long-standing internal conflicts.


After the Session

Most people leave feeling calm, clear, and internally settled — often with new perspective or a felt sense that something important has shifted.

We’ll briefly discuss what came up and whether any next steps are needed. Some clients choose to continue; others find that one session is enough to unlock momentum.
